Nicki Minaj performed at the VMAs for the first time alongside Will.I.Am at this years pre-show. Nicki performed her hit single, “Your Love” and then performed their new single, “Check It Out”. I appreciate her for trying to be different, but the performance was just bad. The workout choreography, the awkwardness, Will.I.Am’s “black face”, and the stiff booty pop. It was a fail.
