Jade Alston is one of those names that have been constantly popping up in my Inbox and Timeline so I definitely had to check her out! Impact Recording artist Jade Alston hails from my city Philadelphia, PA and was once a VJ for popular Philly tv show Urban X-Pressions. Once a Hype Girl for Kelis, Jade is finally ready to branch off on her own and is definitely making noise with her EP Single On A Saturday Night. The project consists of a story of a Single woman on a saturday night featuring original material and “Shemixxs” from the singer/writer/VJ. Personally, I’m a huge fan of the project and I’m definitely looking forward to what’s next from Jade Alston. She’s definitely repping Philly well.
