New Music: Electrik Red

“Friends Zone” sounds like Tricky Stewart or Los Da Mystro produced it. It’s very Prince-esque. Nice track. “Rush Into It” is a completely different feel for the girls. If you haven’t copped their debut album “How To Be A Lady: Volume 1″ make sure you do that. It was one of the best produced albums of 2009 and it was definitely slept on.

Electrik Red’s Debut Is On Point!

“Muah”: Electrik Red proclaims that their kissing game is the shit on “Muah”. They kiss their way through a chorus similar to the chorus on “So Good”. Electrik Guitars and all. This track couldn’t get any more seductive. EarStyle.NET Rating: 5/5

“So Good”: This track is “So Ooh Shit Damn So Good”, Tricky and the Dream really did their thing on this head knodding track. With the right promo this track could be doing so much more damage on the airwaves right now. The video is also a nice treat from this sexy, yet fun group. EarStyle.NET Rating: 5/5

Electrik Red In Ya Mouth!

It took a little bit to get all of the wonderful ladies of Electrik Red together on the phone, so while waiting I had an opportunity to chat with Binkie about everything from her love for Grapefruit juice, her days on tour with fellow Def Jam artist Amerie, to a prom I was going on the evening of the interview. Here’s a Spankin’ New Video from Dream’s Sexy group Electrik Red. The group is looking sexy as ever in their remix video for their song “So Good”. The remix comes complete with Lil’ Wayne, who the gorup is currently opening up for on tour. The group’s debut album, “How To Be A Lady, Vol. 1″ drops in May. With fun attitudes like TLC, sexiness like Destiny’s Child, and unique voices like Kelis, Electrik Red is definitely standing out amongst new girl groups. What yall think?
