5. T.I. x Kanye West x Jay-Z x M.I.A.x Lil’ Wayne – “Swagga Like Us” 2009 Grammys

Who can forget this Powerhouse performance? How many times will you get T.I., Kanye, Hov, M.I.A., and Lil’ Wayne all on one stage? The Black & White added to the greatness of this performance. The main thing that was going through most minds was M.I.A. going to drop that baby on stage live. She did give birth just a few days later. Don’t really use “swag”, but that stage was full of it.

4. Kanye West Wins First Grammy Award 2005 Grammy Awards

Let’s be real. There were plenty of Yeezy moments and not all were completely “bad”. Here’s footage of Kanye West accepting his very first Grammy Award in 2005 for his College Dropout album. While he didn’t get ushered off the stage with background music like he did a few years later, he did leave us with this question…what would he have done if he didn’t win that award? We’ll never know.

3. Lil’ Wayne x Robin Thicke – “Tie My Hands” 2009 Grammy Awards

Lil’ Wayne delivered a heartfelt performance dedicated to his hometown of New Orleans at the 2009 Grammy Awards. Robin Thicke joined him for the sentimental performance of “Tie My Hands” from Wayne’s Carter III album. It was good to see a different side of Wayne.

2. Beyonce – “Dangerously In Love” 2003 Grammy Awards

Beyonce has come a long way from this performance, but this was the performance that let me know that Beyonce would be here to stay. When I first saw this performance I literally got goose bumps. Not only is Beyonce just a beautiful woman, but her voice is amazing. She could have easily took the stage with an upbeat performance of “Crazy In Love” or any of her other hits from her debut solo album, but she nailed it with this rendition of “Dangerously In Love”. The scary part is that Beyonce voice is keep on getting better and better.

1. Kanye West x Daft Punk – “Stronger/Hey Mama” 

Is this what y’all been waiting for? Kanye West brought a visually insane performance to the 2008 Grammy Awards complete with Daft Punk, the Electro group responsible for “Harder Better Faster Stronger” which Ye sampled for “Stronger”. The best part of this performance was definitely the new version of Kanye’s “Hey Mama” which he dedicated to his late mother, Donda West that night. So sad.

Pretty much expected this to be a concert video, but I actually like what they did with this video. You might feel a little dizzy after this one. Ball so Hard!

Ever since Beyonce’s revealing of her pregnancy during 2011′s MTV Movie Awards ceremony, people have been coming up with conspiracies and rumors about Beyonce faking her pregnancy and even having a surrogate mother. Rumors escalated after an appearance on Australia’s Sunday Night HD when her baby bump allegedly “deflated”. It would only be a matter of time before someone close to the couple got fed up with the rumors. It was only right for Beyonce’s little sister who is a mother herself to dispell the rumors and defend her sister, brother-in-law, and niece.

 ”Boyyyy some of yall are making yourselves look REALLY CRAZY posting page-long statuses debating LIES. wow. people really are #INSANE!!!! smh…usually I wouldn’t say $hit but some of this is going TOO FAR.” I’m truly appalled and baffled at some of the things I’ve been reading. It’s so disheartening. Sad!”

“It’s pretty disgusting people have lived such miserable lives they truly will not allow themselves to BELIEVE others are NORMAL and HAPPY!!! another thing. I don’t tweet or say $hit to get a rise out of YOU. I say WHAT I MEAN. as I do #InRealLife. grown woman here, so #CHILL.”

Not even going to lie this is the first song that has got me hype for TM: 103. This track is crazy! Check out “I Do” featuring Hov and 3 Stacks off of Jeezy’s upcoming album. I’m loving this!

The Watch The Throne tour hit DC, so me and our very own EarStyle.NET founder (Zay) took a road trip to see the dynamic duo. The concert was pretty awesome! Kanye had a “Yeezy” moment with the lightning man that the crowd ate up. What was more important was what they were wearing.

Kanye: Pushing the boundaries with the standard of hip hop fashion. The Don himself sported a shirt and jacket by none of than the chic Givenchy, to pair with a leather kilt, black leather pants and the Air Yeezys 2. The crowd embraced him and his high fashion persona.

Jay-Z: Hov being a Hip-Hop legend himself remained true to the gritty image of Hip-Hop. He sported a New York Yankees fitted, Otis american flag out of his back pocket, black jacket and jeans completed with a pair of black Timberlands, as he rocked the stage.
