As many of you probably know, “Blame Game” was originally supposed to appear on John Legend’s upcoming album. However, the final version of the track appeared on Kanye’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Check out this live performance of John Legend’s full version. I Need the proper version of this!

Kanye West keeps GOOD Fridays going even after two of his unfinished album tracks leaked earlier this week. After originally cancelling GOOD Friday, Kanye brings us some new heat. I’m really digging “Christian Dior Denim Flow”. Kid Cudi, Pusha T, Lloyd Banks, John Legend, and Ryan Leslie all came through on this one! Wouldn’t mind having this on the album!

Check out John Legend & The Roots’ video for their first single, the soulful remake of Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes’ “Wake Up Everybody”. The track is taken from their upcoming collaboration album “Wake Up!” which will hit stores September 21st. The Gil Green directed clip also features Common & Melanie Fiona. Nice track to start this morning off with!

Estelle offers a nice summer tune for her new single from her upcoming single. This track is the exact opposite of the bouncy “Freak” and it reminds me of her hit single, “American Boy”. The track was penned by my homie rising songwriter and sick singer TC, who have already penned tracks for Brandy and others. Estelle cooked up two videos with director, Sanaa Hamri, one which solely features Nas and another which features John Legend. Check out the John Legend version after the jump!

2010 must be the year for good music. John Legend and The Roots recently announced their upcoming “Wake Up” collaboration cover project which is set to drop this Fall. Here is the first single “Wake Up Everybody”, a cover of Teddy P.’s “Wake Up”. The track features Canadian R&B singer Melanie Fiona and one of Hip-Hop’s finest Common. Very smooth track. I am definitely looking forward to the album.
